Shipping policy

Delivery time within the Netherlands

We do our very best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped daily on workdays. Order before 17:00 (5 PM) and receive your order the next day!

• If you order before 17:00h, your package is usually delivered the next business day. 
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday and usually arrive on Tuesday. You'll always receive an email with a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.
  

Please note: During shipping, we depend on the delivery service PostNL. In rare cases, there may be delays, for example during busy periods or sorting issues. Keep an eye on your track & trace for the latest status of your package.

 

Shipping costs within the Netherlands

We ship our products with care and at fair shipping rates:

• Orders of € 9,95 or more are shipped for free, no matter the size of the package.

 

Enviroment and sustainability

We do our best to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible. Here’s how:

• Recycled packaging: Our boxes and packing materials are made from recycled paper and cardboard.
• Reused plastic: Occasionally we use plastic filler material—but never new. We collect it from other businesses who received it with their large orders and no longer need it. This way, it gets a second life and doesn’t end up in the trash. :)
• No packing slip or unnecessary paper waste: All information about your order is sent digitally.
• Small shipment = small package: We ship everything as compact as possible to reduce CO₂ emissions during transport.
• Shipped locally where possible: Fewer kilometers, less impact!
