Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do you return a package?

Want to return an item? Just follow these steps:

• Choose your own carrier (for example, PostNL, DHL, or another delivery service).
• Carefully package the item so it’s well protected.
• Take the package to your chosen carrier’s drop-off point.
• Pay the return shipping costs directly when you drop off the package.
• As soon as we receive your package, we’ll process your return and refund the amount (if applicable) as soon as possible.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. That way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items or gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Legal 14-day cooling-off period in the EU

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
